Eligibility for Replacement:
- You must inform us within 2 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- You must share photos or video proof of the damage or issue via WhatsApp.

- Our team will verify and guide you through the replacement process.
Conditions:
Replacement is not available for customized or made-to-order items unless damaged.
Shipping charges for return may apply depending on the situation.
