Shipping Locations:

  • We ship across India.
  • International shipping is available on selected products. Please contact us directly for international orders.

Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Customized or made-to-order products may take additional time, which will be informed at the time of order.

Shipping Time:

  • Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days (depending on location)
  • Express Delivery: 2–4 business days (extra charges apply)

Shipping Charges:

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹999 (India only).
  • Orders below ₹999 will have a standard shipping fee of ₹50–₹100 based on weight and destination.
  • Express shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
  • You can track your package anytime through our courier partner’s website.

Delays and Exceptions:

  • While we try our best to ensure timely deliveries, there may be occasional delays due to weather, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • We will keep you updated in case of any such delays.

Address Accuracy:

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
  • Pramukh Shangar will not be responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

All items are securely packed to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
